License Agreement

Please read this License Agreement carefully before using dvdfab.store. This is a binding legal agreement between you and DVDFab Store, operated by BestFab Software Limited, RM B, 16/F, Eubank Plaza, 9 Chiu Lung St, Central, Hong Kong 999077. By accessing or using any part of the DVDFab Store service — including background removal, photo colorization, old photo restoration, and image enhancement tools — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the payment of any applicable fees, DVDFab Store grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the AI image processing service for your personal or internal business purposes during the term of your active subscription. A free tier may be available with usage quotas; sustained or large-scale processing requires an active paid plan.

By uploading images through our service, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to do so and that your use of the processed output complies with applicable law. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or use the service output to build a competing product. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any DVDFab Store software or AI models.

You may not use DVDFab Store in any way not expressly permitted by this Agreement. Prohibited uses include: uploading content you do not have the right to use; using the service as part of a timesharing, service bureau, or managed-service arrangement; reselling or repackaging the service or its output for commercial redistribution; and any use that violates applicable laws or the intellectual property rights of others. DVDFab Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DVDFab Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement may only be modified in a writing signed by an authorized representative of BestFab Software Limited. We may provide service updates that include additional or modified terms; we are not obligated to provide any specific update or new feature.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DVDFab Store with respect to the service and supersedes all prior representations, communications, or agreements. BestFab Software Limited reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement is governed by Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of HK. All materials on the dvdfab.store website and within the service — including web pages, AI models, software, graphics, design, and all other content — are the copyrighted property of BestFab Software Limited. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized reproduction, duplication, mirroring, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials, in any form or by any means, is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of BestFab Software Limited. BestFab Software Limited reserves all rights to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use.
